New rules of traffic will come into force in Gujarat from this date: provision of fines, check list

New traffick rules and punishment:- The amendments to the Motor Vehicle Act were recently passed by Parliament, with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways today approving the S.O. As instructed by (e), the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Amendment Act 2019 which will come into force from 1st September 2019.


The Central Government has introduced new rules for traffic rules by amending the Motor Vehicle Act. Under which huge fines are being charged. Which is also witnessing great anger among the people. Then these new rules of traffic will be implemented in Gujarat shortly.


Under which CM Roopani addressed a press conference today. In which, the drivers of Gujarat have been fined. Under which the provision of penalties under the authority of the State Government has been modified. In addition, seat belt, helmet and impedance parking fines have been modified.


The state government will introduce these new traffic rules from September 16. The government has decided to implement the new rules from September 16, giving people time to prepare for compliance with the new traffic rules. CM Rupani said that he is interested in implementing 100% of the new rules. These rules are in the interest of the people

Referring to cases of over-speeding and traffic violations, CM Rupani said that those appearing in digital documents will be considered valid. If there is no seat belt, a fine of Rs 500 will be charged. 100 rupees fine on three or four rides on a scooter.

A fine of Rs 1500 if there is no license, insurance, PUC, RC book
A fine of 500 rupees if caught for the first time
A fine of Rs. 1000 will be caught the second time
Documents digitally will be valid

If you are caught driving without a license you have to pay a fine of Rs 5000. The penalty has been increased 10 times in this case. Earlier, the penalty for driving without a license was Rs 500.
